ZipArchive：：getArchiveComment — 返回 Zip 存檔注釋

說明

public ZipArchive::getArchiveComment(int $flags = 0): string|false

回 Zip 存檔注釋。

參數 

flags

如果 flags 設置為 ZipArchive：：FL_UNCHANGED，則原始保持不變 返回 comment。

返回值 

返回 Zip 存檔注釋 或者在失敗時返回 false.
