當(dāng)兩個(gè)變量 ?$expected? 和 ?$actual? 不相等時(shí)報(bào)告錯(cuò)誤，錯(cuò)誤訊息由 ?$message? 指定。
比較 ?$expected? 和 ?$actual? 時(shí)，忽略大小寫差異。
?assertNotEqualsIgnoringCase() ?是與之相反的斷言，接受相同的參數(shù)。
